What Snow Can Teach Us About Creating a Positive Life

Snow fall is one of the most beautiful sites that this world offers us. It reminds us of the beauty of the world around us because it covers over the dirt and the trash and makes it seem like it never existed in the first place. It’s magical and it can teach us a lot about how we can reprogram ourselves to cover over the dirt and trash of our past and create a fresh start toward our future.

Think of each of your thoughts as a single snow flake. By itself, it would be hardly noticeable. One single thought in the world of thoughts that happens in our heads every day. It’s pretty insignificant in terms of the amount of thoughts we have every day. And a single snow flake can would be covered by dirt quicker than we could notice its beauty on the ground.

But let’s take in a step further and imagine that 60 snow flakes were to fall in front of us. We would probably notice and even have a new feeling. We might even make a mention to someone like “Oh Look It’s Snowing!” And yet still if the only flakes that fell were those same 60, it would pass and move out of our lives and soon be forgotten and replaced by the dirt and trash of the world around us.

So let’s think about this in the terms of our thoughts. If we took 60 seconds to focus on the positive things in our lives and use positive words in our heads to remind us of the beauty and possibility of our lives, it would create a positive feeling in our lives and we may even mention to someone “Wow I feel good after taking a minute to focus on the good things in my life” and yet, if that were all we did it would certainly help, but the positive thoughts would be replaced by the dirt and trash of the world around us. 1 minute in 1 day can make a difference, but if that’s all you ever did, it would not impact your life.

However let’s look at the compounding effect of our thoughts over time. 60 seconds per day = 21,900 seconds of positive focused thoughts in 1 year. So let’s take this a step further and see how we can make a significant difference in your life, just like the consistent snow fall can make the world look like a new magical land of beauty.

Imagine for a minute, an hour of consistent snow fall, but think again that it’s not something that happens all at once, it’s a single flake, on top of another single flake and over time it covers what’s beneath it. If you were to compound one positive thought each second for just 1 hour per day, you would think 1,314,000 positive thoughts per year! But lets be realistic about the fact that you’re probably not going to find a quiet spot and focus on your positive thoughts for a whole hour each day. Yet, do you think that you could focus 10 minutes in the morning when you first wake up and the last 10 minutes before you go to sleep at night to focus on nothing but the positive things that you want to happen in your life, or the things you are grateful for, or the positive thoughts in your life?

That’s a great way to start to see significant changes in your life with regards to how you see your life and your future. But much like ANYTHING else we do in our lives, it not going to make a big impact if you only do it once in your life and then forget about it. But if you were to do this consistently for a month, it would make a major impact in your mindset and your ability to continue to have these positive thoughts throughout the day.

That’s what your goal would be in making these small changes. By doing them consistently over time, you’re creating new habits that begin to become something that you do without even realizing it any more. By focusing on your positive thoughts, you’re creating the habit of doing it on a regular basis without even realizing it any more. It’s the same with anything we do consistently over time, both good and bad habits are formed over time.

So how do you start? Use positive affirmations and read them every day when you wake up and each night before you lay down to go to sleep. SMILE when you wake up, and SMILE when you lay down to go to sleep. Say something positive to yourself when you wake up and before you lay down to go to sleep. These are just a few of the ways you can begin to make small lasting changes in your mindset that will cover over the dirt and trash of your life with beauty and a fresh start like the new fallen snow. Do it consistently over time and you’ll see that the dirt and trash are no longer noticed and the fresh beauty of your life is all you’ll notice.

Begin today to create the new habits in your life that will make a lasting difference in how you live. Sign up for your free account at http://LifeTrax.com and have Tom Anderson personally coach you to success!

Are You a Positive Force?

Your son cut the lawn without being asked. Your daughter cleaned up the kitchen. Your spouse washed your car. Your salesperson exceeded their goals. Your receptionist is always on time. It’s easy to take someone for granted. Whatever you take for granted you tend to lose. You want to look for opportunities to recognize others and be a positive force.

I believe that the people you meet and the books you read will have a dramatic impact on your life. I want to tell you of a great leader who has the important skills we’ll get into later. He is also a positive force for others. I met Brad Young in 1989 in Seattle, Washington where he and his lovely wife Laura still reside. Brad went on to be the VP of Operations for a large organization and we traveled around the US together. I would venture to say, that over the years we did 100 trips together presenting workshops and working in stores in the field.

I’ve found that when you travel with someone you really get to know them. We were together for extended periods of time and endured the challenges of travel. When Brad met with anyone he was always enthusiastic. You could feel the power of his positive attitude. Brad is not only the best leader I have ever met he is also the most positive force I have ever seen. He’d go into the field and I’d witness his magic as he encouraged others to do better and recognized them when they did. He is a living example of how positive attitudes and people skills work well together.

Have you ever had someone in a leadership position ask you to be more positive even though they were not? Brad’s positive force wasn’t something that he turned on and off like a tap. He spread his positive force to co-workers, family and friends. I’ve known Brad for many years and I’m a better person for it. I’ve also met his family and they too, like their father are positive forces. Everyone wants their children to have positive, healthy attitudes. The first step in reaching that goal is to be a positive force yourself. The apples don’t fall far from the tree. Like throwing a stone into a pond Brad’s positive force has caused a rippling effect, affecting many people in a positive way. It may rain in Seattle but Brad brings sunshine to everyone.

Another opportunity you have to be a positive force for others is to find someone to help. There is no shortage of good causes you can give your time and energy to. I’ve been involved in a variety of charities over the years and although my intent was to unselfishly help someone else it has helped me more.

I remember going to sick children’s hospitals and seeing things that I won’t describe. I also remember going home that night and staring at my healthy baby in her crib. As I stared at her I really appreciated the blessing of her good health. I was moved by the courage of these kids. They gave me courage and hope. Many of these children had better attitudes with their disabilities than did those without. It makes you wonder who really is disabled. Find someone to help and your life will be much better for it. There is no shortage of people to help and always someone less fortunate than you. When you are a positive force for others you are also a positive force for yourself.

When you are a positive force for others you look for opportunities to recognize and not criticize. Enthusiasm defies the laws of mathematics. When you divide it it multiplies. Always be positive for someone is always watching and you’re here anyway. Thanks for tuning in and I’ll see you in my next article.

Understanding Market Niche Positioning

Normally, there are various attributes and characteristics customers ascribe to a product base on their mind. The position of such a product is the resultant sum of these attributes ascribed to it by the so called users. These may be its quality, its strength to its rivals or even weakness, its standing or any other uncommon characteristics it may may possess.

Product positioning can be determined based on how a customer compares that product to others that are its competitors. Positioning provide a basis for the branding of a product as it enhances its proximity to the mind of the target consumer.

By taking reference from Al Ries and Jack Trout book titled “Positioning”, Positioning is a “battle of mind”. So we can determine the position of a particular market niche by the position it has in the mind of its target users.

Many consumers will not tolerate the promotional messages and advertising campaign of a product because they are already overwhelmed with the same similar messages of other products. Finding a chance to create interest in the mind of such customers are what “positioning” is all about.

While some brands of product are positioned as luxury others are positioned based on their durability, safety or level of robustness.

Some products will lose their position even if their price are somehow reduced. Such product might have been rated luxury in the mind of customers and so obtaining it will mean achieving some level of affluence. Reducing the price of such a product will make it to be easily acquired by lower market segment. This lower segment may have customers that are not as many as the one higher attributed to the product before. So this way, the product is in the likelihood of losing it potential customers. It is essential that position of a market niche is carefully managed and properly maintained.

This article discusses the concept of product (market niche) positioning. You can read more about marketing perspectives on my blog http://SegmentationAndTargeting.blogspot.com.

Positioning Yourself For More Speaking Engagements

12 essential Steps to Attract Your Ideal Customers

With all due respect, love and admiration, why do you, some of our planet’s best teachers (professional speakers) think that all you have to do is throw up a website to get invitations to speak? What’s with the trend to try to build relationships only over the Internet? Can you imagine the response of a meeting planner if the author of the best-selling “how to” book actually picked up the phone and called the CEO of an organization to suggest a way in which she/he can solve at least three of the organization’s five challenges?

Yes, of course, you can imagine it. Then I’d like for you to tell yourself that the only difference between you and the high profile speaker is positioning – and OK, I’ll concede, more experience. There are so many ways to showcase your expertise to the world, and I’m going to show you the most basic, yet essential steps that you can take to keep from being on the endangered speakers list.

No cynics, please. If you’re excited about building your speaking business, this is one of the most important articles you’ll read. No matter how many different formats I use to communicate this information, these 12 Positioning Steps are critical to meeting planners taking you seriously.

These steps are based on my experiences in booking more than 2,200 paid engagements. They include simple steps that Mark Victor Hansen taught me back in 1982 and the current strategies that Internet marketing experts recommend.

Positioning Yourself Creates the Clarity You Need to GROW Your Business

I believe that it’s ideal for you to have someone represent you full time, rather than do it yourself. But since many speakers begin their speaking careers with another primary source of income, it’s a transition that can be costly unless you have thoroughly positioned yourself. Besides, when you have done what’s necessary to position yourself, you will more readily attract a commissionable salesperson (and bureaus) because you won’t be so darn hard to book! Once you have clarity about your positioning, you’ll find low cost ways of implementing the on-going strategies.

Whether you’re an emerging or active speaker, review these 12 Positioning Steps and set the stage to finalize each step. Be willing to take responsibility for not getting booked as much as you’d like to be. I’m giving you the system here and once you begin to complete each step, you’ll be ready for the next one.

Taking 100% Responsibility for Where You Are Now, Begin with #1

1.) List your core competencies. Your core competencies are the source of your competitive advantage. By combining a set of core competencies in different ways and matching them to the needs of your target market, a speaker can launch a business. Core competencies are the glue to your business model. What do you do best? What do you know the most about? What are your strengths?

2.) Make a list of facts about yourself. As a speaker, you are hired for two reasons: facts (about you) and third party endorsements (of you). Have you won any awards? Have you addressed eight of the 50 chapters of your professional association? Are you a voice in your industry? What are the results of your expertise in a particular industry? What are your professional credentials that separate you from your competition? Are you a top producer in your sales field?

Are you a published author, have you written home study guides and or recorded educational CDs that demonstrate your value in your target market? Are you a columnist in your local newspaper? By the way, if you’re a beginning or emerging speaker, one of the best things you can to to build your credibility is to get published. You don’t have to have an agent or a publisher, you can self-publish. Or you can write an ebook and sell it from your website.

3.) Make a list of third party endorsements. The first reason as stated above that you are hired is because of facts about you. The second reason is third party endorsements. You get hired more often than not because of referrals…others who believe in you and pass on the good word about you. Meeting planners will focus on the results you’ve gotten for others. The more you can focus on the results that you have provided for others, the more others will pay attention. That’s why people buy.

4.) Compose your I AM, I DO statement. The advertising term is “unique selling proposition” or USP. It’s the same thing as your “elevator speech.” I’ve created a template in one of my products called Let Me Introduce Myself where you create two sentences that succinctly describe your expertise and your value to your target market.

Choose the appropriate adjectives, adverbs and direct objects that separate you from your competitors. These two sentences reveal exactly how you will bring value to your target market. Even high profile speakers who fail to continually refresh their USPs can track their lack of bookings to fuzzy USPs, making the erroneous assumption that their celebrity is sufficient, or their past accomplishments will secure their future invitations to speak. Wrong! Too much new talent coming out to secure anyone’s future who has remained stagnant. Your clarity about your value to your target market is imperative and should be very clear in your USP. This is your marketing message.

5.) Craft your signature speech. When you’re beginning, focus on one presentation topic. This should be the one that you are most passionate about communicating. It should be no more than two paragraphs plus bulleted deliverables; in other words, the bullets are the audience takeaways. This will prevent the presentation topic from being all about you and/or your philosophy. Your prospective buyers want to know what’s in it for them, not what’s in it for you! It should reflect your ability to influence others to have more productive lives, have greater success at work, reduce stress, generate new ideas, overcome the odds, increase performance and or reduce costs, etc. The more experienced you become, the more your presentation topics can be described in ways that benefit the buyer.

6.) Identify your target market or your ideal client. Craft your ideal client profile. For instance, if you are a top producer in real estate, your target market might be the real estate industry which would include all companies and all associations in the real estate industry. Your ideal clients would be real estate agents who want to become top producing Realtors®.

Once you excel in that niche, you can broaden your outreach to include a secondary target market such as general sales. All commissioned sales individuals are seeking ways to increase production. You already have the proven systems, the daily sales activities, the marketing strategies that lead you to become a top producer, so why not expand your outreach? Ask your clients what they struggle with and figure out how to help them increase their production or decrease their losses. The more experienced you become, you may even be able to expand to other secondary markets.

7.) Create a compelling website. Your site can be simple if you have the necessary elements to describe your expertise and your value to your target market(s). The eleven (11) standard elements are:

1.) Info about you/ your biographical sketch containing facts about you
2.) Third party endorsements – These can be under a “reviews” section or these can be integrated into the site or on flash pages, or using scrolling text
3.) Your signature speech with descriptive paragraph and bullets and other presentation topics if you have more than one
4.) A DVD of you in action, speaking
5.) Articles about you or by you
6.) Meeting planner’s tools – This is a valuable meeting planner resource page such as various photos (color and black/white) of you that can be uploaded, your introduction, your pre-program questionnaire, your AV requirements
7.) Products that you offer to your client base
8.) Your shopping cart – Offer your extended learning materials here such as CDs, books, training manuals, study guides, ebooks, teleclass recordings, boot camps, continuing education courses and other products that bring value to your ideal customer. A good shopping cart tracks your customers and profits coming into your company.
9.) Create an opt-in box on your landing page. An opt-in box is the tool that makes it possible to build and track your customer base notifying them of your new products, your blog, helpful articles, etc. You’ll want to provide incentive for them to opt-in by giving away free information, reports and tips. Free information that you offer will builds your list, leverage your outreach and increase your profit if used wisely. Speakers with large databases are appealing to those experts who host boot camps and educational intensives. The opt-in box is an ideal way to grow your database.
10.)Privacy policy
11.)Site map

8.) Establish your speaking fee with options for generating a profit. Fee flexibility can be the key to making money speaking in this economy. There are 7 ways to earn money when you speak:

1.) Fee plus expenses
2.) Fee only
3.) Expenses only
4.) Fee + expenses + product sales
5.) Product sales only
6.) Product sales + expenses
7.) Pay the organization a % of your product sales

9.) Turn your expertise into products. These include CDs, manuals, workbooks, teleclasses, DVDs of you speaking, CE courses, coaching/consulting programs offering accountability systems (most people get better results when they’re in a program). Bundle various products that you’ve created. You can interview industry leaders, top producers, successful managers, community activists, radio personalities and association executives and turn your passion for speaking into an exciting educational opportunity for yourself.

10.) Identify all of the possible marketing activities that you can do to attract your ideal clients/your target market. If you do something in several of these categories on a daily basis, covering all of them in a month, you’ll begin to build a stead flow of inquiries and clients.

11. Systematize the marketing process into daily activities.

This should be a repeatable process the week days of every week. Eventually you can rely on a schedule so predictable that it can all be on auto-pilot. You can even hire virtual assistance to do many of these tasks for you. No more panic attacks in the middle of the night about how you are going to pay your bills. It’s properly positioning yourself and systematizing your marketing activities that is going to make a difference. Spend time every day working on multiple activities so that you aren’t waiting by your phone for it to ring. You’re being pro-active in evaluating the success of each step and considering new ways of implementing them. If you continue to take action steps every day, you will develop a belief system in your company, in yourself and in what your value is to your target market.

12.) Make contact with your prospective buyers. Make it a priority to contact your prospective buyers once you are positioned. Have your systems in place so that you can dedicate time each week to contacting your past clients and future clients. Do not assume that you can reach out to your customer base without picking up the telephone. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to meeting planners if you’re positioned properly. If you are, you will not get ignored. You’ll be making hot or warm calls. But if you’re not positioned properly, you’ll be making cold calls. See the difference?

The path of least resistance feeds on the natural tendency of people to fear prospecting. Cold calling has become a dirty word associated with high pressure calls and unscrupulous tactics resulting in no sales. If you’re a beginning speaker or a speaker who is not generating inquiries with your website’s SEO, if your database is still small, if your email blasts are not yet generating telephone inquiries, it’s time to complete the Positioning Steps above so that you’ll be comfortable with reaching out and actually contacting your buyer, either face to face or via telephone.

How’s Your Current Positioning Working for You?

Do you live in the world of cause and effect? It’s a great advantage if you’d like to get to the truth of why you are not booked as much as you’d like to be. When you devote the time and attention to undertake these 12 Positioning Steps, you’ll have a system. You’ll know what to do. You’ll know what to say. Your telephone will ring. Your web inquiries will increase. You’ll begin holding new dates on your calendar. Stand back and watch how big your voice becomes in your target market.

Quick Tips For Building a Positive Relationship

Everyone strives to build a positive relationship with those that are close to them. Believe it or not, we all want to be loved unconditionally and have safe loving relationships with those that mean most to us. And although we may think that those wants come naturally with our most stable relationships, the truth is, every relationship requires maintenance every now and again.

When it comes to building a positive relationship, having ups and downs is going to be unavoidable. You will be surprised to learn that going through the challenges and overcoming them can actually bring your relationships closer together and further the strength that is already present. Building a positive relationship can be a challenge, but with a few tips in mind, we can surely grow our relationships to that level of positivity we desire.

To ensure a good relationship between two people, both parties need to be open to each other’s outlooks. It’s not good when you both can’t express your different opinions and understand each other’s points of view. Keeping this in mind, it’s also not good to disagree with one another 80% of the time. The old saying is that opposites do attract, and while I find this can be true, keep in mind that there should be some sort of familiar grounds you can both balance on to help understand each other.

After you find balance between one another, realize that a positive relationship requires love and understanding from both people, it will not work if it is one sided. Give and take from both sides is paramount to its success.

With the give and take of a relationship comes patience. You are bound to have disagreements from time to time. There are some people who believe that they never argue within some of their relationships, and while this may be true, it’s actually healthy for you to disagree from time to time. Just remember that some relationships have moments that are tense, and whether this is due to outside conflict (i.e. stress) or actual problems within the relationship, remember that it is only temporary and that your relationship is worth fighting through any disagreement for. In some situations, it’s necessary to either find a solution to the problem or agree to disagree, without getting angry, and move on.

With this in mind, also remember that a positive relationship is not formed overnight and takes a certain amount of time to develop. Be patient and don’t push your relationship beyond where it is ready to be, such as a long term commitment from someone you have recently started dating. While it may feel like it’s going well, a positive relationship needs time to develop and grow in many areas, such as trusting one another. You should always allow all of your relationships to take their natural course and ensure nothing is being forced.

This being said, remember to give each other plenty of space. Allow others in your life to spend time with others and show that you trust your relationship enough that you don’t need to overcrowd one another. Some people can become too clingy and distrusting of others, unwilling to “share” them. This is not going to build a positive relationship as you run the risk of smothering your partner and potentially losing them altogether.

All in all, the final key to a positive relationship is to forget about thinking negatively. Try not to become jealous or have negative thoughts. If you do find yourself in a similar situation, reevaluate your relationship to determine how you can salvage it. The only way to build a positive relationship is to be just that, positive. Spending time with each other, doing things for each other and doing things together will ensure you are well on your way to building a wonderful, loving positive relationship that you both cherish and will hopefully last a lifetime.

Maintaining a Positive Attitude at All Times

This article is not about being deliriously giddy. It is about maintaining a positive attitude all the time even on days when we have hit a low point.

We all have low points but it doesn’t have to change our outlook on things. We can be happy when we are going through a difficult time. In fact, having an optimistic attitude will make things a lot easier.

How do we maintain a positive attitude at all times? The first step is to have faith. As long as we walk in faith and not according to what we see or think then we will be able to maintain a health attitude. If we believe for the best and expect it, we’ll get it. It’s just that simple.

No one can have a positive attitude and allow negative things to come out of their mouth. This is a deception because what come out of the mouth comes from the heart. Our real feelings and thoughts come from the heart.

Because of the way the world is today where we see so much destruction. It maybe hard to be optimistic but it can be done. We just have to train our minds to be positive and remember our words make a different. The bible says that death and life are in the power of the tongue. So we should be very careful about what we speak. It could dominate our attitude.

The second way to maintain a positive attitude at all times is to not allow other people negative words to take affect on us. If we continue to listen to a negative person changes are their thoughts will rub off on us and this is not a good thing.

Thirdly, make up your mind to be positive. A friend once told me that you can do nothing with a person with a made up mind. Once the mind is made up, there’s no stopping it. It will not be changed.

There are benefits in maintaining a positive attitude at all times. To name a few there is love, joy, peace, and long life.

Positive Attitude at Work – 2 Major Tips

Here’s 2 quick tips for keeping a positive attitude at work.

1. Have a visualisation of where you are headed

To stay positive, the human mind needs to have a likeable ‘future image’ of where it is going.

If you work a job where you cannot see a beneficial future for yourself, then you are fighting a losing battle. Having a positive attitude at work relies on you feeling that your efforts are contributing to something that is going to bring you a better future.

In your current job, where can you see yourself being in 12 months? How about in 5 years time? If you cannot see things being any better than they currently are, then it’s time to move on – because keeping a positive attitude at work in this job will be virtually impossible. Why? Because there’s nothing positive to look forward to!

It’s not always about chasing a better financial future, either. Many people care more about their contribution to the world than their paycheque. If your imagined future is negative, or is simply going to ‘keep things the same’ then a re-think on the work you do could be a good idea.

Essentially, put together a positive image of where your day-to-day efforts are taking you. This will help you keep a positive attitude at work.

2. Know that this moment right now is a key part of achieving that visualisation

Do you have a bright image of your future? If you do, have you thought about how much THIS VERY MOMENT is contributing to the real-life creation of that satisfying picture?

Many of us dream up great things for our future, and then we say to ourselves “Once that happens, I’ll be happy.” This attitude prevents our goals from happening. Every single moment of your life (like this one now) is a major part of you building your bright future.

Life is not the ‘end result’ – life is the journey to the end result. For example, I’m picturing myself sitting on a sunny Caribbean beach sipping cocktails whilst I write. That is my dream, but life is not about waiting for the dream. Life is what I do to actually make that reality, in this very moment.

Right now, I’m at home in the UK writing this to you. I keep my dream at the back of my mind, but my focus is on what I can do right now to make that dream happen. For me, this very moment writing to you is a key part of my journey. The same goes for you…

Every waking moment is a crucial part of your road to that future you’re hoping for. This gives you a natural positive attitude at work, because you are saying to yourself “This moment is part of me building my future”. When, in this very moment, you can realise that you are contributing towards your positive future, you’ll effortlessly have a positive attitude at work!

A Positive Attitude Makes All the Difference

When I was younger I always remember my mom smiling. No matter what was going on she always tried to have a positive attitude towards life. Now that I’m older I can see why it mattered so much. Having a positive attitude about life just plain makes me a better person.

There’s so many reasons why making a positive attitude second nature can improve your life. For one, people are going to gravitate towards you. You’ll have a healthier life, and many times, problems that arise simply become an opportunity. However, not all of us have this positive bent and tend to look at the glass half full. Some would call this reality, but generally looking at things with a more optimistic outlook takes you a lot farther in life.

If you tend to struggle with positive thinking, then this will be a good time to start. Start adding activities in your life to help you work on changing how you tend to think. For one, start a gratitude journal. In here, mention everything positive for the day and the things you’re grateful for. Along with writing what you’re thankful for, write down what went well for you. Between the two, you may be surprised by the amount of positives you’ve had during one day.

You may not know, but many of your top performers in life, whether they’re an athlete or a musician, spend time visualizing how it’s going to turn out. They visualize the positive and think about how they’re going to achieve the best outcome. If you have a big presentation the next day at work, then think about what you’ve done and how it will benefit the company and you. When the time comes to present it, you’ll be giving off a positive aura and it will be noted. If you’re trying to lose weight, work on believing yourself thin. You’re mind is a powerful thing so use it for the good, rather than the negative.

It’s also important that you take care of yourself. Take time to play and relax. When you’re all tense and anxious, you won’t be presenting a positive nature. People will notice your tension and wonder if you’re okay. By taking a little time for yourself you are able to recharge. It can be a few minutes or an overnight, but taking those moments for yourself can be a lifesaver for having a healthy perspective. It’s also important to include good nutrition and regular exercise. Both of these will affect your attitude one way or another.

Most of us women also enjoy being around our girlfriends. When we hang out with other positive nature people, we tend to think like they do. So if they’re always down in the dumps, this will gradually weigh on you and affect your mood. We do need to be there when a friend’s in need, but also make sure you’re around people who are going to create a feeling of happiness.

It’s important that we monitor our emotions, which can be done in a journal or by an accountability partner. If we find ourselves leaning more towards the left than the right, then take a step back and look to see were changes can take place. By being positive, you’ll improve your health and people will want to be around you. Plus, it will help you get through whatever situation life brings you.
